Ogden, Utah – October 10, 2014 – The Ogden School District is pleased to confirm Superintendent Brad Smith has been named today by the Utah State Board of Education as one of the four finalists for the position of State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Smith was appointed Superintendent of the Ogden School District in September of 2011 and has been instrumental in implementing school turn around initiatives throughout the district.
