SALT LAKE CITY – Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and the Utah delegation are honored to host the 2nd Annual Taste of Utah honoring Utah businesses and Pioneer Day. The event, which is sponsored by the Utah Food Industry Association, will kick off with a media event at the Utah Capital building at 12:30pm ET on Wednesday, July 18th where a semi-truck of Utah food products will travel from Utah’s Capitol to the U.S. Capitol.

Midvale City Council to vote on an ordinance regulating the commercial sale of pets

WHAT:   The Midvale City Council will hear a proposed ordinance to codify the regulation of the commercial sale of dogs, cats and rabbits within Midvale City as well as pet purchase protections for consumers.

WHEN:  Tuesday, July 17 at 7 p.m.

Public comment will be heard in the beginning and the ordinance is the fourth action item on the agenda.
