To help take the mystery out of auto service and repair, the non-profit Car Care Council has totally redesigned its popular Car Care Guide, adding 20 additional pages of new information to help motorists be car care aware by better understanding the when, why and how of caring for their vehicles.

Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Obama) does not have the authority to change the law on immigration. All national laws must properly originate in the US House of Representatives.

So if he takes the action on the issue that he is promising after the Mid-term election in November, that will be a violation of the Constitution, and his Executive Order would thus be null and void (another impeachable offense).

Where is Congress with their oversight and protection of vital checks & balances in our federal government?

It is exciting to see the interest the Convention of States has garnished.  It has been in the

Constitution since its inception but has since been forgotten.  

The Convention of States was put in place by our Founding Fathers because they came from a place

similar to what The United States of America has become.  They saw the destructive nature of a

government such as ours, and supplied us with this wonderful provision, a provision we can and should

use to protect ourselves and our future generations.  I urge everyone to embrace this wonderful

For 227 years, the Constitution has been the supreme Law of the Land.   All of our military and elected officials swear to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.    Up until recently, this has been the foundation of all our government.    Now it seems there are those in our government that either refuse to adhere to what they have sworn to do or simply ignore the oath they agreed to.

The question now comes down to, how do we force these oath takers to follow their own words?

Our federal government wants us to believe that their purpose is to provide for our needs. They do this because it serves their purpose—the aggregation of federal power.  Over the years, the federal government has amassed overwhelming power that is clearly outside of the boundaries that the Framers intended when they wrote the Constitution.

Our country is in deep trouble... with massive debt, clueless politicians, moral decline, and now the threat of foreign aggressors at our doorstep.

It is a time for Americans to step up and start to make things right. In our election this Fall, it is crucial for us to elect good men and women who understand the proper role of government.

We have a president who it appears is not even qualified to be in office. He has offered zero transparency as he promised.

 As a citizen of Texas, I believe it is my duty to tell you about the best chance to save our Republic from the overreaching federal government.  George Mason and James Madison gave us a tool in the Constitution to reign in the federal government, Article V.

Article V authorizes "We the People", with their state legislatures, to call a convention to propose Amendments to the Constitution, like term limits for congress, Fair Tax, Balanced Budget or voter ID amendments.

Where can I find mutual funds with a 12 percent rate of return?

Dear Jason,

There aren’t a lot of them, but they are out there. Currently, there are about 8,000 different mutual funds floating around. You have to get online and do some serious research, or talk with an investing professional with the heart of a teacher, but I own several mutual funds that have an average annual return in excess of 12 percent over the lifetime of the fund.
