SALT LAKE CITY – (July 18, 2014) Gov. Gary R. Herbert released the following statement regarding the decision from the U.S. Supreme Court:

 

“I believe the Court made the correct decision to issue a stay in the Evans v. Herbert case. This is an important step in the process toward resolution of this issue.”

Producers who experienced losses to bush or tree fruit crops due to frost or freeze during the 2012 crop year may be eligible for assistance through the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP).
